ABOUT THIS FLOOR SPRING
The QS899V Floor Spring – Non Hold Open (NHO) is a heavy duty hydraulic floor-mounted door closer that controls the opening and closing of pivot and entrance doors.
Floor springs are installed inside the floor beneath the door, giving a concealed, durable closing mechanism and smooth door operation. The QS899V has adjustable spring strength, so it suits a wide range of door sizes and weights.
