The BTS80 DAA EN6 Floor Spring System – Non Hold Open (NHO) is a heavy-duty concealed floor mounted door closer system designed for large and high traffic pivot doors.

This system is installed below floor level, providing a clean architectural finish while delivering powerful and controlled door movement.

The BTS80 is part of Dormakaba’s premium commercial range, capable of handling very heavy doors up to 300kg, making it ideal for demanding environments such as shopping centres, office buildings and public entrances.

This configuration is supplied as a complete system, including both the floor spring and pivot hardware required for installation.

HOLD OPEN OR NON HOLD OPEN

This product is the Non Hold Open (NHO) version.

Hold Open (HO)
Allows the door to remain open at approximately 90°.
Common in retail and public entrances.

Non Hold Open (NHO)
The door always returns to the closed position automatically.
Required for fire-rated and controlled access doors.

Floor springs are selected based on door weight and size:

Up to 100kg → BTS75 / QS860
100–150kg → QS880 / QS895
150–200kg → QS899V
200–300kg → BTS80 EN6

The BTS80 EN6 is designed for very large and heavy doors in demanding environments.
