This product is a mixed-brand solution, combining compatible components from QS and CISA to achieve a reliable and practical pivot door locking system.
The combination is intentional, allowing the system to deliver both structural performance and reliable locking functionality.
This lock set is suitable for heavy duty applications where door weight, size, and durability are key considerations.
Pivot lock sets provide the locking function only and must be used together with a floor spring and pivot hardware to create a complete pivot door system.
The QS5504 is designed for doors up to 250kg.

This product is a lock set only.
To operate correctly, a pivot door requires:
• Floor spring (controls door movement)
• Pivot set (carries door weight)

👉 Using the incorrect pivot will result in failure.
⚠️ FLOOR SPRING REQUIREMENT (CRITICAL)
A floor spring is REQUIRED.
Recommended:
• Heavy doors → QS899V Floor Spring
👉 Without a floor spring, the door will not operate.
