ABOUT THIS PIVOT LOCK SET
The QS6055/3PVD Pivot Lock Set is a heavy pattern locking solution designed for pivot doors where both strength and appearance are important.
This model features a larger lock body than narrow style locks, making it suitable for timber doors and wider aluminium doors.
The brass (PVD) finish provides a warmer, more decorative appearance, making it ideal for premium residential and architectural applications.
Pivot lock sets provide the locking function only and must be used together with a floor spring and pivot hardware to create a complete pivot door system.
The QS6055/3PVD is designed for doors up to 100kg.
⚠️ IMPORTANT – THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE PIVOT DOOR SYSTEM
This product is a lock set only.
To operate correctly, a pivot door requires:
• Floor spring (controls door movement)
• Pivot set (carries door weight)
• Lock set (this product)
• Cylinder (for key operation)
• Handles with escutcheons
👉 Without these components, the door will not function correctly.

⚠️ PIVOT SET REQUIREMENT (VERY IMPORTANT)
This lock set does NOT carry door weight.
Recommended:
• Standard doors → QS5507 Pivot Set (up to ±100kg)
👉 Incorrect pivot selection will cause door sagging.
⚠️ FLOOR SPRING REQUIREMENT (CRITICAL)
A floor spring is REQUIRED.
Recommended:
• Standard doors → QS860
• Larger doors → QS899V
👉 Without a floor spring, the door will not operate.

This product is finished in Brass (PVD).
Best suited for:
• Premium residential entrances
• Decorative doors
• Warm-toned architectural finishes
👉 Ensure handles and escutcheons match the same finish for a consistent look.
