ABOUT THIS PIVOT LOCK SET
The QS8535/3 Pivot Lock Set is a narrow style locking solution designed specifically for pivot doors with slimmer profiles.
This lock set is ideal for aluminium and light-duty pivot doors where space inside the door is limited and a compact lock body is required.
The lock features a rollerbolt for smooth closing and a deadbolt for secure locking, making it suitable for both residential and light commercial applications.
Pivot lock sets provide the locking function only and must be used together with a floor spring and pivot hardware to create a complete pivot door system.
The QS8535/3 is designed for doors up to 100kg.

This product is a lock set only.
To operate correctly, a pivot door requires:
• Floor spring (controls door movement)
• Pivot set (carries door weight)
• Lock set (this product)
• Cylinder (for key operation)
• Handles with escutcheons
👉 Without these components, the door will not function correctly.

⚠️ PIVOT SET REQUIREMENT (VERY IMPORTANT)
This lock set does NOT carry door weight.
Recommended:
• Standard doors → QS5507 Pivot Set (up to ±100kg)
👉 Using the wrong pivot set will cause door misalignment and failure.
⚠️ FLOOR SPRING REQUIREMENT (CRITICAL)
This lock set does NOT include a floor spring.
The floor spring controls the door movement.
Recommended:
• Standard doors → QS860
• Larger doors → QS899V
👉 Without a floor spring, the door will not operate.
