⚠ Lighting in ISOboard ceilings:
💡 Use LED or compact fluorescent (CFL) lamps only — max 70°C operating temperature.
💡 Downlighters: position transformers off the board on battens, at least 200mm from the fitting. Allow 150mm airspace above the board.
💡 Ceiling fans and heavy fittings must be hung from timber fixed above the board — never directly from the ISOboard.
🔕 Acoustic note: ISOboard is a thermal insulator — it is not designed to reduce noise between rooms or floors. If acoustic insulation is also needed, consult a specialist separately.
