What ISOPine 100 looks like installed
Board profile — Tongue & Groove (T&G)
Cross-section — boards slot together with T&G edges for seamless, gap-free joins
Lighting in ISOboard ceilings:
— Use LED or compact fluorescent (CFL) lamps only — max 70°C operating temperature.
— Downlighters: position transformers off the board on battens, at least 200mm from the fitting. Allow 150mm airspace above the board.
— Ceiling fans and heavy fittings must be hung from timber fixed above the board — never directly from the ISOboard.
Acoustic note: ISOboard is a thermal insulator — it is not designed to reduce noise between rooms or floors. If acoustic insulation is also needed, consult a specialist separately.
Clips, glue, screws, one bit. Mrs Jones does not need to become a ceiling-clip professor today.

How the rate is set: larger orders qualify for a better per-m\u00b2 rate. Jobs at or under 300m\u00b2 of total board area use the standard rate; anything over 300m\u00b2 automatically gets the lower volume rate — on your entire order, not just the portion above 300m\u00b2.
This applies per thickness if you're comparing more than one, since each thickness is priced against the same total area.
