- A) TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP OFFERS
- These are the terms and conditions which apply to any memberships, gift offers or promotion which we may run, whether on our websites or social media platforms.
- By entering the Membership Offers you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions along with any other Specific Rules or instructions that might be published on our website, social media platforms, or may be found in any other media which features related to the offers.
- A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
- B) THE MEMBERSHIP OFFERS
- 4. The Membership Offers will be open to individuals who are at least the 18 years.
- All memeberships that are purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- The Membership is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. Only credit towards any purchase on the store will be allowed.
- The Stickman does not hold any stock items. We do work closely with our suppliers to ensure that the products displayed are available at the time of purchase. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the following:
- the products chosen on the date of purchase are available
- the quantity that was requested is available on the date of purchase
If products are either not available or the quantity requested is not available, the customer will be contacted to be informed of a proposed delivery date the items can be delivered, recommend a substitute product or to provide a refund for the items.
- There are three (3) types of deals under the Membership Offers:
8.1 R990 for 25% OFF Discount on all products up to a total sales value of R25 000 i nclusive of VAT
8.2 R450 for 25% OFF on all products up to a total sales value of R12 500 inclusive of VAT
8.3 R270 for 25% OFF on all products up to a total sales value of R6 250 inclusive of VAT
- The Membership only entitles the holder to make use of the 25% off on ONE transaction only. Therefore, the discount code provided to the customer can only be used once.
- All Membership Offers are valid for only 30 (Thirty) days from the date of purchase.
10.1 Additional extensions of 30 (thirty) or 60 (Sixty) can be purchased to extend the m emebership
- We may publish and publicize the number of customers (which you will be part of the statistical data) in association with the Membership, in all media and provincial, for publicity and PR purposes. - C) VALIDATION
- Once a customer has applied for any of the Membership Offers, they will receive a notification confirming their application and a Membership Code which can take-up to 72 hours before being sent to the customer.
- D) DELIVERY
- Customers with Membership Coded HAVE delivery charges for all orders made. There will be an additional charge for outlying areas on top of the standard delivery.
Due to possible large volumes, availability of stock and courier times and routes, delivery may be expected in 3-7 business days in the below outlying areas.

- E) REFUND POLICY
RETURNS OF GOODS ON OUR ONLINE PORTAL:
CHANGE OF HEART OR WRONG ITEM PURCHASED:
- The Stickman Store will be happy to provide our clients with a full refund for any purchase made on our online store should all the following criteria be met:
14.1. The item/s are returned to The Stickman Store within 7 days of receiving the item/s.
14.2. The item/s are in their original packaging you received in and that has:
- Not been opened and,
- Has not been damaged in a manner where the item cannot be re-sold.
Notice: Custom made doors are in no way refundable or returnable to Stickman Group.
NOT WORKING OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
- Should you receive any items/s that either damaged or are not working as per the manufacturers specification, our protocol is to allow the company of the product to do an inspection of the item and then should the item be found within warranty it will happily be replaced with the same item.
Note: Doors which have been found to be damaged are to be reported to The Stickman Store within 72 hours after delivery. The Stickman Store cannot refund or exchange any doors that are damaged after 72 hours from delivery.

- F) ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We reserve the right to remove or modify any offers, announcements and/or these terms and conditions if we consider it necessary or applicable to do so for reasons beyond our r reasonable control.
- You may not enter the Membership if you have been given a Membership Code (for the O ffer held in the month applied) or any other relevant information in relation to the Membership Offers.
- These terms and conditions, represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Membership Offers.
